RT 3.2: "This message will be sent to..." only for root

Hi,

I’ve upgraded to 3.2 and haven’t experienced any serious problems at all

  • thanks and well done.

I’ve noticed that when operating as a super-user, I get a really great
section on the Update page which tells me who will get copies of the
message. However I don’t get this as a regular user. It’s a shame, as
some of my users struggle to remember who gets copies of which stuff,
and in 3.0 I’d customised the box at the top to show Requestors, Ccs,
Bccs and queue watchers, but that box has been removed in 3.2.

Is there a permission I need to grant, or is it limited to super-user
because it allows you to configure mail delivery?

Thanks, I’d not spotted that.
However, does this gives the power to change delivery options?
I don’t want my unruly staff to be able to change these this and
circumvent the workflow we’ve carefully designed… The
ShowOutgoingMail is fantastic and will be popular with staff, but can we
have a separate control for ModifyOutgoingEmails?
