RT 2.0.6pr6 / rt-mailgate permission denied though fetchmail

Hi Group !

I have a small problem here …
after running fine w/ 1.0.2 then 1.0.7, I finally installed
2.0.6pr6…
I changed my .fetchmailrc ( yes I have an external pop3 server)

username rt-helpdesk password xxxxxxxxxxx fetchall mda
“/usr/local/rt/bin/rt-mailgate helpdesk correspond”
-------------------TO-----------------------------
username rt-helpdesk password xxxxxxxxxxx fetchall mda
“/usr/local/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --debug --queue helpdesk --action
correspond”

now I have some "Correspondence not recorded : permission denied "

( and the --debug or the --verbose aren’t verbose at all !!!)

I have no clue why …

talking about permission :
I see that now (RT2) the binaries belong to (root:rt) w/ a guid bit set?
as opposed to (RT1) beeing links to the wrapper (rt:root) w/ a suid bit set
and all other binaries pointing to it …

my Helpdesk queue has the “Everyone”'s GroupRight set to
CreateTicket
SeeQueue

How about granting the users the rights suggested in the install
guide at http://www.helgrim.com/rtdocs ? You need to grant them
the right to reply to tickets.
