RT 2.0.0RC3 is out now.
There was no RC2. It was a bad dream. Pay no attention to the man behind
the curtain.
RC3 fixes a bug that caused users to get stack trace when they tried
to delete ACLs without permission.
RC3 fixes a bug introduced in RC2 which caused Ticket pages with links
to not display.
