1.3.62 fixes a couple of bugs found in 1.3.61:
RT wasn't properly dealing with newlines from certain OSes
which resulted in garbled templates.
RT was munging the subjects of some replies sent to some users.
If you've already installed RT 1.3.61,
unpack this version, configure the makefile and run
make upgrade-noclobber
Then, restart apache.
Unless anyone screams about this release being more broken than 1.3.61,
I'm going to announce it to freshmeat on monday.
