Ok. a functional (web based) ACL editor for RT2 now exists.
To celebrate, I packaged up RT 1.3.21. It’s not heavily tested, and
I know for a fact that not all ACL decisions are being made
properly…but hey, it’s a point release. We’re headed toward alpha 2
