I have a staff, wich should be able to move a ticket from one queue to
another, or to assing a ticket to another owner.
I gave them the modify ticket right.
I want that only owners and requestors can reply to tickets.
But in the modify ticket right it seems that repy is included.
Can it be deleted, or shouldn’t it be like that?
My version is 3.0.4
