Restart RT to recognize new scrip?

Hi all,

Just a simple question (hopefully). RT 3.0.10 is up and running fine. I
created a new scrip which uses a new template, but it’s not working. Do
I need to restart RT before the new scrip will take effect?

No. You need to check on your rt log file why it is not working. That
is, if the data written to that logfile will make sense at all. For me,
sometimes they don’t sense.
