Hi community,
actually i’m trying to add correspondence with HTML via REST API to the ticket.
Everything works fine, but how can i add Images to the HTML Text to display a Logo for example?
Tried already different options with …img src=CID:… and adding the Image as ticket attachment but it never shows the Image as Inline image in the HTML Text.
Somebody has experience with that?
