I’m using RT 5.0.7 together with RTIR 5.0.6. I just want to know if it’s possible to resolve ticket (in Incidents queue), when all linked tickets (from Incident Report queue) are resolved or rejected. I just need it to update automatically when the last linked ticket changes status to resolved or rejected. Is it possible?

Yes! I’d say you’ll want a scrip that runs when a ticket status becomes inactive, and then from there check if that ticket has any parent/depends on tickets – if yes then it should check that ticket and confirm if all tickets are resolved that are linked and resolve the parent ticket.
