Resolving a ticket by email (fwd)

Hi all,
I’m writing to inquire whether it’s possible to resolve a ticket by email.
I’m running rt-3.08 and want to be resolving some tickets by just sending
email to rt-mailgate with a certain specifiction say subject contains
string "Resolve ticket #34’ and the ticket with id 34 resolved.
Any ideas, Please help me,
