Requestor not receiveing a reply?

When a requestor sends in an email to create a ticket the ticket gets
created but no email is ever send back to him
I have the global scrip OnCreate AutoreplyToRequestors with template
Autoreply any suggestions on where to look?

Look at the “Logging” options within config.pm, and see if you
can get some debugging info sent to the logfile.
