Is it possible to change the requestor field to a non-editable field?
Please help me on this.
There isn’t a specific right for editing requestor, you could limit the right to edit a ticket though

Thank you for your reply. We had integrated with Google and Showing all the Users in the requestor filed, so is there any way to change it as non-editable fields.
Do the users who you do not want to be able to edit this field need to edit other parts of the ticket? If not then you can make sure users don’t have the “EditTicket” right in RT.
The only other way would be to write some custom cod
