Requestor added to email submission in error

Hey all,

I think I just sent this through to the wrong group so I am posting it
here and will contact the rt-devel-owner to remove the other one.

I have a strange issue that suddenly started this morning. We are very
early into the production use of RT 36.

This morning an email ticket was created from an email sent to
support@company.com. The email was sent from Nuser@company.com (already
an RT user).

When the ticket was created it added Nuser@company.com as a requestor as
well as warren@company.com (another RT user – ME!).

Yesterday the same type of email submission from the same user did not
create me as a requestor and I am wondering WHY and where to start looking
as I really have no idea at this point.

Any help would be appreciated!
