REPOST: ShowTickets permissions problem

Hello everyone. This is a problem I really need to
solve soon. If you could take a quick look I
would really appreciate it.

I have a user, call him Bob, who is a member of an RT3 group
called Admins. A ticket is created in which the Admins group
is an AdminCc watcher.

I set up the Global group rights for the AdminCc role to
include:
CommentOnTicket
DelegateRights
OwnTicket
ReplyToTicket
SeeQueue
ShowTicket
ShowTicketComments
StealTicket
TakeTicket

But Bob can’t even see the ticket. If I make Bob and AdminCc
to the ticket directly (not as a member of the Admin group)
Bob can see the ticket just fine.

Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks!

-Todd

As I remember Jesse said that RT only check queue role only not ticket
AdminCc-role. Something like this, I don’t remember exactly.
So you should add group to queue watchers as AdminCc.

	Good luck. Ruslan.

That is not working either. To clarify, if I add the
user directly to the role it works fine. But if I
add a group to the role and the user is a member
of the group it doesn’t work. This is the same
behavior for queue AdminCc and ticket AdminCc.

I feel dumb. At some point the group got disabled.
Everything is fine now. Nothing to see here… These
are not the droids you’re looking for.
