Maybe I can revive this question.
It didn’t seem to get much attention the last time I asked.
Am I asking in the wrong place?

"Is there a way to make your RT home page display a number of most recent visited tickets?
Maybe the last 5 tickets the user has viewed?

Or may this be coming up in a later release?"

RT doesn’t currently log that sort of data. I’d love to see a proposed
patch.
