Receiving email notification

Is possible that queue admin receive always a notification when a new
ticket is created ?

Configuration → Global → Scrips :

Condition : OnCreate - Action : NotifiyAllWatchers ( Or NotifyAdminCcs ) - Template :
Transaction ( you can also define a template for this action…).
