Reassign tickets

Hi,

I’m trying to re-assign a ticket that I don’t own to another user. I
have the “super-user” status checked, but am getting an error:

"You can only reassign tickets that you own or that are unowned "

Shouldn’t the super-user be able to do this? I’m using the beta 2
version.
