my pb is that i don’t find any my.cnf … i don’t understand !!
cat /etc/my.cnf : this file does not exist
find / -name my.cnf -print : the same thing
i have a redhat 7.3 with a mtsql 4.0.12 and RT 3.0.10
any idea ?

Don’t forget about your database. Check your MySQL. As far as I
remember by default it accepts only up 1MB.

max_allowed_packet = 16M
