Re-assigning global scrips to queues

I want to change the way one of the global scrips is used. I’d like to
assign to individual queues, but then modify it for just one of the
queues, if that makes sense.

In particular, On Correspond Notify Admin CCs is currently global. I
want to change just the template used when this scrip is used by the
Blocks queue, but keep it as is for the Incident Reports queue.

The only way I can see of doing this at the moment, is to delete it from
the global scrips and then recreate it for the individual queues as needed.

Is there an easier way to do this? Ideally, I’d like to configure a
scrip, say whether it is global or not and assign it to the queues that
need it.

Regards,
Tony.

Hi,

Changing template for a queue in global scrip is simple. You just
create queue specific template in the queue. See Template page on the
wiki.On Thu, Jan 24, 2013 at 6:43 PM, Tony Arnold tony.arnold@manchester.ac.uk wrote:
