So. This friday, before the sun rises, I’m heading out. I’ll be away for 4 weeks,
though I expect to be checking email at least once a week.
In my absence, Matt Knopp (firstname.lastname@example.org) has the power to incorporate
critical bugfixes into CVS. Matt will be incorporating bugfixes from Tickets
in the rt-bugs queue.
If Matt won’t commit a patch you send to rt-2.0-bugs, don’t bug
him. He’s got fairly strict instructions about what gets in while I’m away.
(Roughly: Clean patches for things that crash RT or lose data.)
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES pester Matt for help with RT. He’s just doing the cvs
commit side of things.
I’ll roll releases based on matt’s updates to CVS (if any) when I’m online from
Expect to see Beta 2 sometime this wednesday. I may roll a release on thursday based on
feedback from the beta.
Anyway, have a good April. I look forward to a few days of cleanup and patch
integration once I get home and get over the jetlag.
And yes, I promise to put lots of pictures up on ivy.fsck.com once I get home
