know what company / client submitted the ticket.

If they submit a ticket by email, will I be able to tell what
company that’s from?

Should I create a queue for each company / client?
This is my first time working with RT.
Damien,
You can setup separate emails for each company and a queue for each
company. Rt-mailgate will sort the mail to the proper queue. Rt is
configurable to whatever you want.
