Queue name in subject line

I’d like to add queue name to the subject line in RT tickets.
I think this was a default behavior in previous versions of RT.
[RTNAME #333](queue name)
Does anyone know how to enable that?

-Thanks,

Witek

Just change templates.
Do search in archives.

Thanks for the info. I created a test template in one of the queues
with the following content:Subject: {$Ticket->QueueObj->Subject}

Added a scrip to executed this template on Correspondence

Here is the error I receive:

Program fragment delivered error ``RT::Queue::Subject Unimplemented in
T. (template line 1)

I also tried: $Ticket->QueueObj->Name - no difference

Does anyone know what the correct syntax is?

-Thanks,

Witek

When you tried the second one (which is the correct name), did you put it in
braces?

Yes. Tried {$Ticket->QueueObj->Name} and Subject:
{$Ticket->QueueObj->Name} Restarted Apache. No luck.

This is right way.
Turn on debug level for logs and send us results.
