Queue list (all statuses) missing counts for resolved, rejected

we installed RT5.0.2 and on the dacha board in the item Queue list (all statuses) the quantity rejected and resolved shows “-”. can help solve this problem.

Same behavior here.
2 fresh installations on different systems with latest RT 5.0.2

RT doesn’t show those statuses by default since it would then be showing all your tickets in the system which could be quite costly to load

I can’t understand the difference between “QueueListAllStatuses” and “QueueList”, since the former doesn’t show anything more from the latter.

Is there a way for the “QueueListAllStatuses” to show all the statuses?
