"Queue could not be loaded."

Hey everyone,

I’m not sure why this happened, but our RT machine experienced some
weirdness last week, and I reloaded a bunch of stuff. But now, every time
we try and create a ticket, modify, etc via the web interface, we get “Queue
could not be loaded.” I checked the apache error log, and I get:

[Thu Oct 16 10:17:04 2003] [error]: WebRT: Queue could not be loaded. ()
(/usr/local/rt3/share/html/Elements/Error:53)
/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1:
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/mach/auto/Text/Iconv/Iconv.so:
Undefined symbol “libiconv_open”

Also, the mail interface bounces as well. This is killing us! :frowning:

Any ideas?

Lost gettext libraries? Try reinstalling Text::Iconv…
