Question about rights

Hi all,

hmm… I’ve another question:

Is it correct that I have to grant “ModifyTicket” to “Everyone” if I want
Users to be able reopening a ticket by sending an email ?
Granting “ModifyTicket” to “Owner” doesn’t do it ?

Thanks a lot,

Roland

nod That’s a bug in 2.0.0. I’m currently debating the best way to fix

Granting ModifyTicket to Requestor will do it. This assumes the person
sending the follow-up email is the one who created the original request.
The owner should have ModifyTicket anyway - so they can close the ticket
when they’re done.

Unfortunately if the Requestor also has ShowTicket, they can see & change
other things you may not want them to.

hmmm… it’s a lot nicer than granting ModifyTicket to Everyone.

Thanks a lot,
