I need some help by building a query for a dashboard. Is it possible to build a search for Tickets with Childtickets (DependsOn) in Queue XY? The first part is easy: Queue = ‘RT-Admin’ AND DependsOn IS NOT NULL
The problem is the last part - How to find childtickets of a particular queue?
RT: 4.2.13
System: Debian Jessie 8.8
DB: MariaDB 10.1.21
