I’m not sure if this question has been answered before or not…

Has anyone been able to get RT successfully working with Qmail?

Thanks.

Yup Yup.

Just make sure to use preline in your .qmail file:

| preline /opt/rt/bin/rt-mailgate new correspond

Grant,

The problem i seem to be having is …

deferral: Can’t_do_setuid/

Although is i just try and take +s off rt-mailgate it says it can’t
create a ticket #, i’m not sure of the exact error, i rather take
the corrent route and leave it suid

Any ideas?

Hmm, that’s strange. I didn’t have any problems with setuid stuff. It just
worked for me.
