We had a request within our department to allow the requestor the ability
to make their tickets public, on a ticket by ticket basis.
The argument is that somethings like the server X being slow could be made
public by the requestor, and others can look and see the History, while
other tickets, like my server was broken into, might want to be kept
private by the requestor.
Is anyone already working on something like this? Is the functionality
there but I’m just not seeing it?
