Pseudo Group Rights Question

So I’m having a problem, as you might have already guessed. I have
created a new queue called Tickets.
Under that queue I have granted the psuedo group ‘Everyone’ the
CreateTicket and ShowTicket rights.
I have also created and unprivleged user called sales. My assumtion was
that any user that existed in
my user db, whether they have the ‘Let this user be granted rights’ flag
set or not would be under the
umbrella of the everyone psuedo-group. However when I log in as sales
and try to create a ticket the
drop-down box for which queue to create a ticket in is empty. As I
thought about it I wondered if not
checking the ‘Let this user be granted rights’ flag would keep them
from inheriting rights from a group
so I checked the flag logged out of sales and logged back in. I got the
"staff" page instead of the requestor
intro page, but there were no queues listed in the drop-down next to new
ticket button. Am I missing
something? Thanks for any help/advice.

Yes I imagine seeing the queue would be very important, argh, thanks for
the quick response.

Does the user have the SeeQueue right?
