Problems with rt2-to-rt3-1.21

I’ve run into two problems with dumpfile-to-rt-3.0.

  1. Once imported, all ticket transactions are recorded as “RT_System”,
    instead of the original user. The previous version did not set all
    transactions to RT_System.

  2. During the import, the script will stop sending SQL commands to the
    mysql, but continue displaying tickets being imported. Nothing unusual
    appears on the mysql side. Removing the imported tickets and restarting
    dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 does allow importing to continue.

Setup: rt-3-0-8, RedHat8, Perl v5.8.3, apache-1.3.29, mysqld v3.23.58
