Hi,
I have problem creating approvals in RT. I followed the instructions from RT
wiki (ApprovalCreation) for Creating Approvals in RT, including using the
same template layout as the one given, i tried changing the Queue: to my
own queue. However, it is unsuccessul. I have tried searching online for
other instructions but to no avail.
I like to clarify on how to enable the Approvals queue as stated in the
instructions:
3rd NOTE: In RT 3.4.0rcl you must use “TOP”. Also default Approvals queue
name is ___Approvals that you have to enable first and rename it to just
"Approvals" or the above template will not work.
