Problem with unwrapped text/plain content used in text/html templates

We were having problems with html email templates and unwrapped
text/plain email correspondence content we received, so I came up with a
possible fix. Bug report and proposed patch were submitted to RT:

I tried to add myself as requestor or Cc, but got mail loop or
permission denied errors.

Any comments?

Try it again now Jason, we just pulled a fix for exactly that.
