Problem with RT CLI

Hi all,

When i try to run a CLI command:

/usr/bin/rt create -t ticket set subject=‘My Subject’ set queue=MyQueue

I get the following error message:

Can’t locate object method “new” via package “URI” at
/usr/share/perl5/HTTP/Request.pm line 82, line 1.
