Ok, here is what I have done. I have all scripts defined so that my
requestors and cc’s all get notified.
However when I have a ticket and manually add a temp cc
(newuser@remotesite.com in this example – a real address was used, but
has been changed to protect the innocent) on a coorespondence, it never
gets sent, I get a bounced message like the one shown below.
Ideas? Sendmail version is 8.11.6 running on redhat-7.2.

To follow up on my own post, is this what the line in config.pm does
with sendmail?
$UseFriendlyToLine = 1; (which is what I have it set to right now?)
