Problem migrating with rt2-rt3-v1.17

Hello,

In migrating from rt2.0.14-pre1 to rt3.0.4 I am getting errors like this
that abort the process during the import. I am using rt2-rt3-v1.17

Also, am getting errors like this in the messages file that are not
fatal

(/opt/rt3/lib/RT.pm:235)
Jul 25 14:12:00 trident last message repeated 3 times

I upgraded Encode.pm to the latest on CPAN, but still get errors.

Problem solved by first typing ‘export LANG=C’ then running the import.
