Problem in Search Engine

Hi All

I am using RT3.6.0 . Recently i have noticed that although tickets
visble on MY open tickets are user specific but if we give any ticket
no. on “Go To Ticket” it displys that ticket information which may or
may not belong to that particular user.

Is that any issue in this release or I need to fix somthing from my end.

You’ve likely granted “Everyone” the right to “ShowTicket.” You probably
need to go tighten up your permissions.
