I’ve just installed rt2 on a box and imported all my rt1.0
tickets. Now I’ve RTFM’ed but am having trouble creating tickets…
In the /etc/aliases I have put
rt2-comment: "|/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue tickets --action comment"
rt2: “|/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue tickets --action
but whenever I send a mail to email@example.com I get back the following…
