'Priority' not incrementing

I can’t seem to get the priority of a ticket to increment upwards as the due
date approaches. I believe I’m interpreting the documentation correctly but
it’s possible I could have overlooked something.

Did you setup rt-crontool?

I have not set up rt-crontool as of yet but I am looking into it now.
