"priority" fields

What is the intent of the “initial” and “final” priority fields.
Initial seems pretty obvious … this is where the requestor
put it. But what is “final”? Final how?

There was a very good intention behind this, but it’s not implemented yet.
“Final priority” is ment to illustrate how urgent it is to complete this
request upon the duetime. The idea is that the actual priority will slide
from the initial priority to the final priority as the duedate approaches.
Anyway, this was never and will probably never be implemented for RT1. It
should come for RT2 some day, but it’s not there yet.
