Hi,
I can’t find any documentation for the priority-escalation-process. Is
there a description of
that process or is it a hidden feature?
thx

Well, what I know is you put values into “priority starts at” and “over time,
priority moves toward” in the Queue configuration section.
But having done this, I get no automatic priority escalation. So there must
still be a step missing.
Someone said it took a cron job, but this was anecdotal and not really
documented fully … if this is the right approach, lmk. Thanks.

Well seems that the crontool docs might have been lost in some version
from 3.0.0… look at:

I’m reopening the ticket…
