Priorities in RT2

Hi
we using RT2 and I want to implement priorities , but even after reading
the online docs I have a couple of doubts.

  • For example: I want to implement 3x categories of priorities 1-10,
    11-20 and 21-30 for any Ticket on any Queue.
    • I know I have to set an initial priority in every Queue definition ,
      but what really makes the initial number change forward ? how does
      it work out how frequent to change ?

you might want to take a look at
