Printer friendly view for tickets

Has anyone out there implemented some kind of printer friendly view for
just the ticket information??

I read in a back article someone saying RT would have printing style
sheets in the next major release but

It did not indicate when that would be? Any ballpark idea on when that
will be available??

3.6 is out now and has printer friendly css stylesheet.

Ahhh! I was thinking major release meant like 4.x

Do you know how difficult it was to migrate from 3.4.x to 3.6.x ??

Did it cause any major problems?

You will have to check over your local customizations as some of the
Elements changed, but that was the only problem we ran into. Also may
have to update css changes.

Do you know how difficult it was to migrate from 3.4.x to 3.6.x ??

Its not too bad. Just search the archives for other peoples experiences.

I went from 3.4.4 to 3.6.0. read what people posted, it will give you
everything you need… I thought one part (which ive forgotten already)
wasn’t obvious.

Took me about 15 minutes.
