Print option showing while creating ticket in RT HR department

When I tried to create a ticket in the HR queue in RT using API from my chatbot something showing on the screen as follows

after clicking the cancel button 3 times it is getting closed and the ticket got created. It is happening only when raising tickets in the HR queue. I also tried with SMG queue, Devops Queue, and Admin Helpdesk, but no issues. The problem is only with the HR queue. Why is this happening, Can someone please help me?

I feel like this isn’t likely related to hitting the RT API but something to do with the chat bot code right
