Preventing users to 'resolve' tikets

Hello,

Is there a way to prevent users to ‘resolve’ tickets?

In so many words, only a helpdesk master would be able to close tickaets
after validating the work with the assigned technician.

Don’t give them ModifyTicket. Of course, that will prevent
them from doing other things, which may or may not be a
problem for you :slight_smile:
