Prevent autoresponse to mailing lists

Is there an easy way to avoid RT sending an autoresponse message to a
ticket that has been sent to a mailing list? I presume a custom
condition that tests for a suitable header would do it, but I don’t know
where to start.

Any help would be appreciated.

Tony.

Can you send an example of the inbound headers?

If it’s only a specific mailing list, you should be able to go into that
user in RT and disable their mail delivery.

Some procmail action looking for "List-" headers would probably do it.
This mailing list for example has several List-
headers:

Precedence: list
List-Id: <rtir.lists.bestpractical.com>
List-Unsubscribe:
http://lists.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/mailman/options/rtir,
mailto:rtir-request@lists.bestpractical.com?subject=unsubscribe
List-Archive: http://lists.bestpractical.com/pipermail/rtir
List-Post: mailto:rtir@lists.bestpractical.com
List-Help: mailto:rtir-request@lists.bestpractical.com?subject=help
