We found a behaviour in the Attachment upload part of the web-UI, that
seems like a bug to me, but maybe not:
What we did: when you just want to add a file to a ticket, I open the
comment on Ticket Page, put the path to the file in there and hit submit
. But RT does nothing here. I had to put something in the text field.
Without further checking, i assube that RT just acts if you acutally
comment on the ticket. (in order to prevent ‘just signature’ submissions?).
I think the diff should be extended, to take uploaded files into account…
 or is there a better way to do that?
