I've created a custom field (mandatory field) and the value that is chosen is assigned to the subject the email generated. When I create the ticket it works fine: RT_System - Subject changed from (no value) to 'Digital Recording Problem' ("Digitial Recording problem" is one of the values that can be chosen)
When one of our users attempt to create a ticket they get this
RT_System - Subject changed from (no value) to ''
