I’m sure this might be a newbie error, but I can’t seem to crack it:
When I create a new ticket as a user, I get:
No permission to view newly created ticket #59.
However, when I click on home, then click ticket 59, I can see it just fine.
Has anyone had this, and do you know how to fix it?
