I want permission to view a queue’s tickets, so that if I type in a
ticket number or do a search, I can see tickets in that queue.
But I don’t want that queue’s tickets showing up on my homepage. How
do I do this?
We’re just a Bunch Of Regular Guys, a collective group that’s trying
to understand and assimilate technology. We feel that resistance to
new ideas and technology is unwise and ultimately futile.
