Permission ShowTicket

Hi,
Is it possible to set permission to restrict group to see only their own
tickets?

Sergio,

Why not just grant “ShowTicket” to the role “Requestors” or “Owners”
depending on what you meant by “their own tickets”?

I want to let the user see just his own tickets. All the ticket that he had
created.

Sergio,

Then, assuming that the user is listed as the requestor of the ticket
grnat “ShowTicket” for the role “Requestor” for that queue. Do NOT grant
“ShowTicket” to anyone else in that queue.
